At Veiloura, we stand behind the quality of our jewelry. We offer a 365-Day Guarantee against any manufacturing defects. If your piece experiences damage to the material or craftsmanship, we’ll repair or replace it — because your glow deserves to last.
This guarantee does not cover normal wear and tear such as scratches, bent metal, fading due to improper storage, or misuse.
To process a repair or replacement, please provide your order number, receipt, or email address used during purchase.
If we’re unable to repair your item, you may choose to receive a replacement of the same item or store credit equivalent to the amount paid.
Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase, provided all of the following conditions are met:

Please note that items purchased during promotions or marked as final sale are not eligible for return or exchange.
Shipping fees for returns are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective or incorrect.
