At Veiloura, we aim to make your shopping experience as seamless and elegant as your jewelry. Please read our shipping policy carefully to understand how your orders are processed and delivered.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. You’ll receive an email notification once your order has been shipped, along with tracking details.
Please note: Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
We offer reliable nationwide shipping through trusted courier partners.

Standard Shipping: ₱80 flat rate (2–5 business days)

Free Shipping: for all orders ₱500 and up

Express Shipping: Available upon request (subject to courier rates)
Delivery times may vary depending on your location. Delays caused by couriers, weather, or unforeseen events are beyond our control but we’ll always help you track your parcel.
Order Tracking
Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS so you can monitor your parcel’s journey.
If your tracking details haven’t updated after several days, please reach out to us at support@veiloura.store for assistance.
International Shipping
Currently, we ship within the Philippines only. International shipping will be available soon—stay tuned for updates.
Lost or Damaged Packages
Veiloura is not liable for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the courier. However, if your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can resolve the issue promptly.
